1. Order Processing Time
Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Time & Method
Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via UPS Standard Shipping.
Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days for delivery within the United States.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
3. Shipping Rates (USD) We offer simple and transparent shipping rates for our customers in the U.S.:
Orders $25.00 and above: FREE Shipping.
Orders under $25.00: $2.00 Flat Rate Shipping.
All shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status in real-time on the UPS website.
5. Shipping Area & Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Note: We do not offer shipping to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
6. Shipping Delays & Support While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to high volume or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
